Noteworthy Wednesday Option Activity: DDD, PCT, ESTC

Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, we saw noteworthy options trading volume today in 3D Systems Corp. (DDD), where a total of 17,951 contracts have traded so far, representing approximately 1.8 million underlying shares. That amounts to about 44.5% of DDD's average daily trading volume over the past month of 4.0 million shares. Particularly high volume was seen for the $2.50 strike call option expiring September 19, 2025, with 6,805 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 680,500 underlying shares of DDD. PureCycle Technologies Inc (PCT) options are showing a volume of 12,470 contracts thus far today. That number of contracts represents approximately 1.2 million underlying shares, working out to a sizeable 43.3% of PCT's average daily trading volume over the past month, of 2.9 million shares. Particularly high volume was seen for the $12 strike put option expiring September 26, 2025, with 5,064 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 506,400 underlying shares of PCT. And Elastic NV (ESTC) saw options trading volume of 7,177 contracts, representing approximately 717,700 underlying shares or approximately 43.1% of ESTC's average daily trading volume over the past month, of 1.7 million shares. Especially high volume was seen for the $85 strike call option expiring September 19, 2025, with 1,875 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 187,500 underlying shares of ESTC.
